This 1.5 hour program covers how to evaluate ponds to determine if it is an asset to a property or a major liability. This course provides an overview of ponds, their maintenance, care and upkeep. Attendees will learn about the basic structures of a pond, how to assess their condition, and the potential costs of remediating existing issues in a pond. This course is relevant to real estate agents, new landowners, and those in the market for a new property. At the end of the program registrants will be able to identify potential issues that could become a liability to potential future owners, more specifically:
This course will provide 1 CE from the Texas Real Estate Commission for participants who attend live. Those looking to receive credit must leave their camera on with their face visible and also fill out an attendee survey.
